Deleting your data
Last updated 31 July 2026.
Disconnect a single social account
Open Accounts in your workspace and choose Disconnect on the account. This immediately deletes the stored access and refresh tokens for that account, and revokes our access with the platform where the platform supports revocation. Analytics we previously collected for that account are deleted at the same time.
Delete your whole workspace
Open Settings → Workspace and choose Delete workspace. This removes every connected account, all scheduled and published post records, uploaded media and collected analytics. Deletion completes within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
Write to privacy@oneunit.ai from the address on your account, telling us which social account or workspace to remove. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days.
What we cannot delete
Content already published to a social platform lives on that platform, not with us. Deleting your data here does not remove posts from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X — you will need to delete those on the platform itself. Note that Instagram does not allow posts published through its API to be deleted programmatically at all, so those must be removed from within the Instagram app.
