By creating an account, accessing, or using OneUnit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
OneUnit is a content-creation platform that lets you build landing pages, generate AI content, capture leads, schedule social posts, and embed AI chat agents on third-party websites. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will give you reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying users.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at admin@oneunit.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any business you represent.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, generate, or publish through OneUnit ("Your Content"). You grant OneUnit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to publish it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.
You agree NOT to use the Service to: - Publish illegal, hateful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors - Send spam, phishing messages, or malware - Infringe on anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights - Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person or business - Attempt to bypass security measures, scrape content at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service - Use the AI tools to generate content intended to deceive (e.g. fake reviews, deepfakes of real people without consent) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
OneUnit uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Venice, etc.) to generate text, images, and video on your behalf. AI output is not always accurate, original, or appropriate — you are responsible for reviewing every piece of AI-generated content before you publish it. We do not claim ownership of the AI output you generate, but we cannot guarantee it is free from third-party rights. If you publish AI content that infringes someone's rights, you (not OneUnit) are responsible.
Paid plans renew automatically on the same day each month / year until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. REFUND POLICY: We offer a refund within 24 HOURS of the original payment, no questions asked. After 24 hours, fees are non-refundable. Token packs and pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once any portion has been used. See our full Refund Policy for details. Stripe processes all payments. We do not store your card number.
OneUnit, the "OneUnit" name, logo, and all related branding are owned by OneUnit AI. You may not use them without prior written permission, except to reference your use of the Service in good faith. The free plan displays a "Powered by OneUnit" badge — paid plans can remove it.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We are not responsible for any content uploaded, generated, or published by users of the Service. Each landing page hosted on OneUnit (or embedded via /embed/v1/chat.js) reflects the page owner's content, not ours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneUnit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues — whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. On termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (tax records, abuse investigations, etc.).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and / or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
