The service
OneUnitSocial lets you connect social media accounts you control, then compose, schedule, publish and measure content across them.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including anything done by people you invite to it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
Connected accounts
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, and we publish on your behalf only what you instruct us to.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, to send spam, or to circumvent any platform’s rules or rate limits. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Availability
We depend on third-party platform APIs. Those platforms change, rate-limit and occasionally revoke access outside our control, and a publish can fail for reasons originating with them. We show you the outcome of every attempt, per platform, so a failure is visible rather than silent.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Some platforms charge per API call; where that applies, the relevant features are limited by a usage cap shown in your workspace settings.
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms. On closure, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
